'RidgeQuarter originated from a dream to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to London. The Bianchi family established our pizza shop in 1985, beginning as a humble, family-oriented business with treasured recipes passed down the lineage.

The founder of 'RidgeQuarter', Marco Bianchi, mastered the art of crafting pizzas while exploring Italy, apprenticing with veteran pizzaiolos in Naples, the birthplace of pizza. After returning to the UK, striving to replicate the enchantment of classic Italian pizza using age-old techniques and the finest produce was her goal.

Starting from a quaint pizzeria with only 12 seats, we have expanded into a cherished local establishment while upholding our promise to excellence and originality. Our wood-fired ovens continue to cook pizzas, our dough is mixed daily, and the premium ingredients we choose are testament to our dedication.

'RidgeQuarter' is still under family ownership and the Bianchi household's newer generation now spearheads our enthusiastic crew. Although we've adapted some contemporary advancements, the essence of our trade remains: to serve scrumptious, genuine pizza that assembles the community.
